The Question
With big, one-size-fits-all players throwing their hats into the full-service print ring, how could Mingo Press compete? We helped them introduce concierge-style service, focusing on the audience they know best: creative professionals.
The Answer
We designed and developed an ecommerce platform that brought the brand personality to life and delivered on the next-level customer service for which Mingo Press is known.
Sure, the site includes a live customer chat feature, the ability to cross-promote related content, and cool animations on product images. But the crowning jewel is the custom product calculator, which allows customers to get an exact quote for extremely customized products.
With a super-easy content management system (CMS), customers can easily update information — prices, products, and custom options — without coming to us. Handy when a designer needs to send a job to print in the wee hours when they are the only ones still up.
