Cody brings two decades of digital, social, and marketing experience to Medium Giant. Along the way, he’s rolled out digital products for newspapers; optimized digital for local TV stations; consulted for brands such as ABC, NBC Sports, Fox Sports, USA Today, and FedEx Office; and cast his vote for the Heisman Trophy. We can’t tell you who got Cody’s vote, but he, like Cody, went to TCU. Go Frogs.
John believes the work to succeed is never done, and he brings that thoughtful tenacity to his role as chief revenue officer. With more than 20 years of experience building data-driven marketing businesses, he knows how to leverage data to drive consumer behavior — and deliver results for clients. Outside of Medium Giant, the Illinois native is an accomplished landscape photographer whose work has appeared in Hawaii Magazine.
Billy has built several enterprises in his professional life, from an interactive department at a multimedia giant in the early 2000s to a multitalented creative agency. He brings his expertise in business, strategy, and technology to the office every day. And when he gets fired up, well, stand back because good things are going to happen for our clients and our company.
For more than 20 years, Jen has been helping brands positively impact their bottom lines, through strategic partnerships, advertising and marketing efforts, business development improvements, go-to-market strategies, and organizational transformation projects. Her experience spans across ad technology, traditional media, and enterprise communication platforms.
After 27 years with Bank of America, Gillian joined the Medium Giant team in 2018 as vice president of the newly created cause marketing initiative FWD>DFW, developed in partnership with The Dallas Morning News. A proud SMU alum, Gillian is passionate about cause marketing and volunteering and is active on several boards in North Texas. She is the proud mom of two college-aged boys, Will and Gray.
Suzanne’s keenly developed sense of diplomacy makes her an excellent point person for Medium Giant’s internal and external stakeholders. “Good enough” is not in her vocabulary; she’s fiercely devoted to the betterment of our people, clients, and work. Originally from Cleveland, she attended Southern Methodist University’s advertising school, where she graduated magna cum laude as salutatorian. She accidentally named both of her daughters synonyms for “purple” — clearly her favorite color.
Jennifer has spent her career connecting with audiences through content, both as an editor and marketer. She spent more than 15 years in lifestyle news media — first at an award-winning city magazine, then at a sexy startup — before committing fully to marketing. Her experience ranges from Texas foodie favorite Central Market to major brands such as Planet Fitness, Domino’s, and Michaels. She lives to eat, travel, and teach the world about the superiority of the serial comma.
Our creative leader is a visionary with a completely fresh perspective. Winston is a deep thinker and a true artist with a remarkable ability to visualize information and design entire brand ecosystems. He’s served in leadership roles on several community boards, including Art Directors Club of Tulsa, Living Arts, and Fab Lab Tulsa. Much of our work — and its effectiveness — reflects Winston’s creative vision.
Paula has been innovating in the media space for more than two decades. She started her career at a direct response agency, so ROI is in her DNA. Her approach to media is deeply rooted in data and research to drive positive business outcomes. She relentlessly pushes for relevancy, staying ahead of trends and adopting emerging technology wherever possible. Paula’s vast work spans a variety of awareness and acquisition strategies across more than 30 B2C and B2B categories. At Medium Giant, she leads a team of integrated media strategists, digital analysts, and subject matter experts.
Shawn has an infectious enthusiasm for building campaigns that are rooted in human emotion. A native Tulsan, Shawn spent eight years in Chicago working on award-winning brand campaigns for some of the world’s largest companies, including Heinz, Corona, Philip Morris, and Hallmark. By always striving to better understand people, their interests, and behavioral drivers, he’s able to create brand strategies that bring a great story to life.
