Cody brings two decades of digital, social, and marketing experience to Medium Giant. Along the way, he’s rolled out digital products for newspapers; optimized digital for local TV stations; consulted for brands such as ABC, NBC Sports, Fox Sports, USA Today, and FedEx Office; and cast his vote for the Heisman Trophy. We can’t tell you who got Cody’s vote, but he, like Cody, went to TCU. Go Frogs.

Natalie steers business development efforts for owned media and marketing services at Medium Giant. She is a results-focused leader, with a collaborative challenger mindset and thrives in forming new partnerships. She’s held several change agent leadership roles in her career, and knows how to light a match in a stagnated performance. Natalie’s leadership and media sales expertise spans across 25-plus years. Her experience includes leading business development at the Dallas Business Journal and publisher rep firms, at one time representing 45-plus publishers/websites to drive sales across their portfolios and properties.

Paula has been innovating in the media space for more than two decades. She started her career at a direct response agency, so ROI is in her DNA. Her approach to media is deeply rooted in data and research to drive positive business outcomes. She relentlessly pushes for relevancy, staying ahead of trends and adopting emerging technology wherever possible. Paula’s vast work spans a variety of awareness and acquisition strategies across more than 30 B2C and B2B categories. At Medium Giant, she leads a team of integrated media strategists, digital analysts, and subject matter experts.

By always striving to better understand people, their interests, and behavioral drivers, he’s able to create brand strategies that bring a great story to life.

Having completed research moderator training, Lizzy is experienced in both leading and sourcing consumer studies, as well as analyzing messaging performance and creative resonance across a range of attribute trackers. Before joining Medium Giant, she served as agency director at the in-house agency of DISH, Sling, and Boost Mobile. She is a born leader, a gifted storyteller, and a true strategist when it comes to defining a brand’s North Star through consumer-led initiatives designed to create intrigue, build advocacy, and drive profitability.
